A deposit of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation.
Balance to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date.

Security/Damage Deposit:
A $300.00 refundable deposit will be processed on your
valid Visa or Mastercard prior to your arrival

Cancellation / Refund Policy
For cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date,
we will refund your reservation deposit, less a $75.00 cancelation fee.
For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date,
we reserve the right to keep the total rental amount if propery
remains unrented for that time period.
